CUSTOMER TERMS

Terms Of Service.

Last updated: June 7, 2026The core commercial terms for TextroVault onboarding, priority payment, waitlist review, activation, number access, and service limits.

Service

TextroVault provides dedicated SIM-backed inbound SMS infrastructure for reviewed, lawful, authorized workflows. The service may include onboarding review, waitlist status, priority payment, assigned number access, dashboard access, and API/webhook access when enabled.

TextroVault does not provide outbound SMS, voice calling, emergency calling, public SMS inboxes, SIM resale, customer-controlled SIMs, customer-controlled modem hardware, number farming, or uncontrolled third-party access.

Onboarding And Review

  • You must provide accurate contact, organization, country, demand, intended-use, and billing information.
  • TextroVault may request more information before activation.
  • TextroVault may decline, suspend, or terminate a request where use appears unlawful, abusive, unsupported, processor-risky, carrier-risky, or outside the current service scope.
  • Activation depends on compliance review, country availability, SIM inventory, supplier terms, and TextroVault operational capacity.

Payment And Priority Requests

Priority payment records priority interest and may move your request ahead in review. It does not guarantee activation, country coverage, SIM availability, platform acceptance, number continuity, or dashboard readiness.

Unless a checkout page expressly states that you are purchasing a live active slot, a paid priority request is a reservation/review position and not a live SMS service.

Numbers, SIMs, And Access

  • TextroVault or its suppliers retain ownership and control of numbers, SIMs, carrier accounts, routing, and hardware.
  • You receive a limited right to use assigned TextroVault numbers through TextroVault during active service.
  • Numbers may be replaced, suspended, quarantined, or withdrawn for legal, carrier, supplier, abuse, operational, security, or number-hygiene reasons.
  • Unless a signed order form expressly says otherwise, TextroVault does not provide number portability.

Customer Obligations

  • Use TextroVault only for lawful inbound SMS receipt and only for accounts, workflows, systems, or organizations you own, operate, manage, or are authorized to access or test.
  • Maintain all notices, consents, lawful bases, platform permissions, internal approvals, and records needed for your use case.
  • Promptly notify TextroVault if your use case changes, you receive unexpected messages, you suspect compromise, or a third party claims misuse.
  • Do not resell, lease, publish, pool, port, transfer, or share TextroVault numbers without written approval.

Limitations

  • TextroVault does not guarantee that every sender or third-party platform will accept, deliver to, or continue accepting a number.
  • TextroVault does not guarantee universal SMS receipt, uninterrupted service, or permanent number continuity unless a signed SLA says otherwise.
  • Country availability can change because of law, supplier terms, carrier behavior, inventory, risk review, or operational constraints.
