Inbound SMS Only

TextroVault is an inbound SMS receipt product. It receives SMS sent to assigned SIM-backed TextroVault numbers and makes those messages available through reviewed dashboard, API, or webhook surfaces.

TextroVault does not provide outbound SMS, bulk messaging, marketing messaging, reply campaigns, voice calling, emergency calling, or customer-controlled sending infrastructure.

No Outbound SMS Statement

TextroVault does not send outbound SMS for customers. Any workflow requiring outbound SMS, voice, automated replies, SMS campaigns, spam, or bulk messaging is outside the TextroVault MVP service scope.

No Public Inboxes Statement

TextroVault does not operate public SMS inboxes, shared verification pools, pooled numbers, or public message feeds. Numbers are assigned to reviewed customers or workspaces and access is controlled through TextroVault.

TextroVault may provide a signed-in shared demo inbox so waitlisted users can preview dashboard behavior. Demo inbox messages are visible to other authenticated demo users and must not be used for banking, account recovery, private OTP, regulated, or sensitive personal-message flows.

Country Availability Disclaimer

Country availability is not guaranteed. Requested countries are reviewed against law, supplier terms, SIM availability, carrier behavior, inventory, fraud risk, operational readiness, and TextroVault capacity.

A country shown during onboarding or in capacity preview is a demand signal, not a promise of activation. TextroVault may decline, delay, replace, restrict, or withdraw a country or number where required.

Number Custody

  • Numbers are assigned manually or semi-manually by TextroVault.
  • Customers do not own the number, SIM, carrier account, hardware, routing, or dashboard infrastructure.
  • Released numbers should enter quarantine before reassignment, and quarantine may be extended where prior use creates accidental continuity risk.
  • Unexpected messages after reassignment should be investigated.

Review Gate

Activation requires compliance review, requested-country review, SIM capacity planning, and readiness confirmation. TextroVault may require identity, business, beneficial ownership, or use-case evidence when law, processors, carriers, suppliers, risk triggers, or operational judgement require it.
