- I am authorized to enter into this contract for myself or the organization I represent.
- All identity, billing, business, beneficial ownership, country, and use-case information I provide is accurate and not misleading.
- I will use TextroVault only for lawful inbound SMS receipt and only for accounts, workflows, systems, or organizations I own or am authorized to access or test.
- I will not use TextroVault for fraud, impersonation, account takeover, free-trial abuse, mass account creation, platform evasion, phishing, smishing, spam, harassment, sanctions evasion, illegal goods or services, or unauthorized access.
- I understand TextroVault is inbound-only and does not provide outbound SMS, voice, emergency calling, SIM delivery, SIM resale, public inboxes, pooled verification, or customer-controlled modem hardware.
- I understand payment does not guarantee activation and that service starts only when TextroVault confirms number activation and dashboard access.
- I understand a paid reservation is not a live SMS service and does not provide message receipt until activation.
- I understand third-party platforms may reject, block, limit, or refuse any number and that TextroVault does not guarantee platform acceptance.
- I understand I do not own the number, SIM, hardware, carrier account, routing, or dashboard software, and I may not resell, lease, port, publish, share, or transfer any TextroVault number without written approval.
- I will maintain all notices, consents, lawful bases, platform permissions, and internal approvals needed for my use case.
- I will promptly notify TextroVault if the use case changes, if I receive unexpected messages, if I suspect account compromise, or if any third party claims misuse.
Evidence Trail
TextroVault records the attestation version, account, user, activation request, timestamp, displayed policy versions, payment/activation disclaimer acknowledgement, lawful-use acknowledgement, IP address, user agent where available, and related order/payment references where applicable.
