Payment records priority interest and may prioritize review. Payment does not guarantee activation, country availability, SIM inventory, dashboard readiness, API access, third-party platform acceptance, or delivery of every SMS.
Your TextroVault service starts only when TextroVault confirms activation and provides dashboard or assigned-number access, unless checkout explicitly says the purchase is an already-live slot.
Paid Reservation Is Not Live Service
A paid priority request is a paid reservation/review position unless TextroVault explicitly labels it as a live active service. Before activation, the paid request does not provide live message receipt.
Activation Requirements
- Lawful-use and acceptable-use review.
- Requested-country and country-readiness review.
- SIM inventory and operational capacity.
- Payment confirmation and Stripe webhook reconciliation.
- Number assignment, dashboard readiness, and any required additional evidence.
Refund And Cancellation Review
Refund, cancellation, or credit treatment may depend on the plan, checkout label, activation state, elapsed time, chargeback status, policy breach, supplier costs, and applicable law. TextroVault should complete legal review before publishing a detailed refund schedule.
Important Limits
- No outbound SMS.
- No public inboxes.
- No voice or emergency calling.
- No customer-owned SIM delivery or SIM resale.
- No guarantee that third-party platforms will accept or continue accepting a number.
- No guarantee of universal country coverage or permanent number continuity.
