Acceptable Use Policy.

Allowed Use

• Business operations, security alerts, support messages, onboarding messages, and workflow messages for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Product, QA, deliverability, and onboarding tests for systems you own, operate, or have written authority to test.
• Personal privacy and security use where the activity is lawful and not designed to deceive, defraud, bypass controls, or violate third-party rights.
• Approved team inbox workflows with controlled dashboard access.

Prohibited Use

• Fraud, false representation, impersonation, phishing, smishing, credential theft, account takeover, or unauthorized access.
• Mass account creation, account farming, free-trial abuse, bonus abuse, ban evasion, review manipulation, vote manipulation, ticketing abuse, marketplace abuse, or trust-and-safety evasion.
• Receiving SMS for accounts, wallets, services, systems, or people you do not own or lack authority to access.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, threats, illegal surveillance, or collection of another person's messages without authority.
• Public inboxes, shared inbox resale, pooled verification, number leasing, SIM resale, SIM farm resale, or uncontrolled third-party access to TextroVault numbers. A TextroVault-operated signed-in demo inbox may be offered only as a non-private product preview and must not be used for sensitive messages.
• Attempts to bypass TextroVault review, monitoring, rate limits, payment checks, identity checks, dashboard access controls, or number lifecycle controls.
• Sanctions evasion, money laundering, illegal goods or services, malware, botnets, cybercrime, spam, or deceptive automation.

Restricted Use

The following require written approval before activation:

• Financial services, crypto, payments, gambling, health, regulated identity, government, legal, debt collection, or employment screening workflows.
• High-volume verification, multi-account testing, bot testing, load testing, or automated access to third-party platforms.
• Agency, reseller, managed service, or multi-end-customer use.
• Any workflow likely to include special category data, criminal offence data, children's data, or highly sensitive personal data.

Enforcement

TextroVault may pause activation, request more information, suspend service, terminate access, quarantine numbers, preserve evidence, refuse refunds where lawful, and cooperate with lawful requests when use appears unlawful, abusive, unsupported, or risky to customers, carriers, processors, regulators, or TextroVault.
